That add a bit of glamour and aren't OTT? I look at them in Boots and just get overwhelmed!

Maybe start with some basic ones from Eyelure or similar. Don't go too thick or too long to start with. From this link I quite like the look of 015, 117, 101 (I've used these in the past) etc. Look out also for a shape that is sort of tapered to be longer on the outer corner as that's also quite flattering.

ardell individual lashes. i just put a few on the outer bit of my eyelid and it looks really effective but not weird and false. i use the short ones but add a couple of medium length ones at the edge.
