Anti-ageing products - reccomendations please!

I'm 46, never really looked after my skin properly. Am now doing daily hot cloth facial washes and slapping some Protect & Perfect on.

Just wondering if I'm missing out on some amazing product as I take absolutely no interest in it!!!

Please recommend what has worked for you in terms of anti-wrinkle/anti-ageing. I can afford mid range stuff (like No 7P&P) and it needs to be 1 or 2 products and not time consuming on a daily basis.

I am around the same age and have only really gotten into skincare in the last year or so. I've been following this advice

using retinol (LRP Redermic R) and proper sun screen. My skin has improved dramatically as a result. It was never bad, I have normal skin and don't get spots, but now its fresher, brighter and a little bit younger looking.
I have recently upped my Retinol to a Retin A so I'm hoping for even more of an improvement.
