I'm an eyebrow novice

I have reached the age of 33 without it ever really occurring to me that most people do at least something to their eyebrows.

I pluck the occasional stray hair but otherwise my eyebrows are a bit of a mess I think. The hair is very wiry and straggly, a bit tufty where my eyes meet (hairs growing upwards rather than outwards iyswim) and probably bigger than most people's.

Anyway, I don't think I'm brave enough to get them 'done' but I'm wondering about trying something like this as a starting point.

Any advice?

YouTube is the way forward! I watch make up tutorials for everything but it is especially helpful for eyebrows! It is especially helpful when trying to find out what products you should be using! Grin

Actually I would start by getting them done properly. It will help you find a good shape which will be easier to maintain.

I wouldn't go it alone first time round. Go to somewhere really good to get them done.

I had mine threaded for years but about two years ago started seeing a proper "brow lady" who threads/waxes/trims and tints them. It's like an art and has taken years off me.
