Anyone used Gatineau?

Another day, another TSV :)

The new perfecting cream looks lush, and just this week I realised how much I need a throat product.

Anybody used their stuff?

Yes - I use a lot of Gatineau products - and emailed a friend earlier to tell her about the tsv. I gave her some for her birthday a few years ago and she said their toner made a huge difference to her skin - so I think I've converted her

I tried their neck cream, in a TSV, & came up in the most painful, burning red rash, had to rush to wash it off but took days of hydrocortisone cream to calm it down. I'm not usually overly sensitive to skin creams. Thank goodness for Q's money back policy. Not dared risk any of their other things.

I also had a bad reaction to a facial using Gatineau a few years ago. I do have relatively sensitive skin, but have never had a reaction to any salon products before. It was some kind of exfoliant, I think - made my skin feel amazingly smooth at the time but I came out in blotches and spots the days after.

P.S. I know that allegedly some facials are supposed to "bring toxins to the surface" or the like, but this didn't feel like that - it was more alarming and took ages to get my skin back to normal with LRP!

Well that's decided me against. My skin is behaving appallingly just now, I daren't risk it.

Love that cheesy guy though. I think he may actually be genuinely nice.

I've had a few bits over the years. In beauty boxes and freebies mainly but some cream was from Salon Skincare iirc. Nothing out of the ordinary and wouldn't bother again.

I bought a trial size kit years ago but my skin wasn't 'ready' for it so I haven't used it since, but I bought the Tan Accelerator last year . Still got loads left so I'll start on that again.
