Bumping because I'd love some advice on this too!

How suddenly? Mine went overnight DNS turned out to be related to a dust allergy. I now take antihistamine and use the hylamyde stuff for eyes. They've never fully recovered though Sad

Espa soothing eye lotion - the blue liquid. Pop on damp cotton wool discs and leave on for ten mins.

Liz Earle eyebright lotion, keep it in the fridge! Lovely for puffy/tired eyes and the best thing to have on standby for the hay fever season!

I haven't tried them yet but have just ordered these after good reviews on another site. Worth a try for the price!

I found the Liz Earle lotion did nothing for me.

Best is Clinique under eye roller thingie, that helps a bit. Or using plain used tea bags for 10 mins.

Best: 30 minute walk in the fresh air!

Drink lots of water
Get adequate good quality sleep
Good eye cream (currently enjoying Origins Eye Doctor)
Cooling gel mask/rollerball (love Origins No Puffery)
Good makeup- colour corrector & concealer :)
