Best pen type eyeliner to create flicks ?

Currently using Rimmel Scandaleyes which is great at first but smudges really easily.
Any ideas which in is easy to apply, sharp lines and will stay put?

Make up revolution double flick. I have the rimmel one you have and was struggling with the smudging too!!!
The make up revolution is double ended - one end is thin and the other thicker. And it's only £4!!!

A proper liquid one. The ones that are like felt tips always smudge on me. At the moment I'm using a maybe line one which is really good and stays on all day.
