Maxi dress with sleeves

Have to go with ex-DP to take DSs to his sisters wedding this summer and need a nice dress, already not sure about a long weekend with Ex and then being around his bitch of a sister

I'm fat (size 22) and boobs are best feature so a good v-neck would be best, want sleeves as its peak summer but need to hide fat arms, don't want to be faffing with cardigan/shrug etc

I'm pale with reddy/brown hair so not white, like florals/greens/blues

I have seen that Biba one, MrsL- but it's not doing it for me... I live in hope of finding one similar to one of the original Biba maxis.
