What can I start doing from now to help me feel confident and look good on the beach in a bikini - eeeeeeeek!
I'm 5ft 4.5, weigh 10st 7, am on Slimming World, could do with losing at least half a stone.
Have cellulite, a bit of a mum tum... currently do no exercise
