Super dry hair

Hi! second post of the night!
I had a great deal of hair cut off, light, frizzy and unmanageable.
The condition improved immensely and I had olaplex treatment which I carry on at home .
My hair is turning to straw again now. I gave curly hair and dont want to go any shorter.

Please can somebody recommend a good conditioner? One for soaking the hair under hot towel and one to use in the shower.
Ideally no cones or sls, parabens etc.
Thank you,

Gonna recommend olaplex

Otherwise kerastase nutritive or Pureology - both the masque and leave in conditioning spray

Pureology. I used Kerastase for over a decade but ditched it a while back because of the silicone. Pureology is silicone free.

I too have very dry hair. I would sincerely recommend ditching shampoo and cleaning twice with conditioner. I cleanse once with just the conditioner and massage the scalp really well, then the second time mix the conditioner with some oil like avocado, macadamia, jojoba, coconut etc (or all of them) and if I have time lave in. Then rinse with coldish water and use a microfiber towel or T shirt to scrunch dry. At the moment I'm using the Yes to Carrot conditioner and for me it works better than anything else I've ever used (including super expensive stuff).
On top of leave in conditioner I also use oil on the ends before and after styling (with very low heat obvs). Loooong process but it's completely changed my hair over the past couple of years.
Avoid SLS or silicones like the plague!

Thanks I will try pureology, there see,s to be lots of different products. Is there a particular one?
I have been using yes to carrots but just found it too gentle on my frizz.

2 egg yolks and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Leave it fir 20 minutes and wash off with cold water. Use a tiny bit of shampoo to get the excess out (try to find one with aloe vera.
