I'm only early 40's, I've moisturised my neck in upward strokes, morning and night for over 20 years.

Why oh why has it started to sag and what on earth can I do (non surgically)?

Thanks.

I'm embracing silk scarves (eBay is your friend) and wondering if it's via to get a neck lift!

Facial excercises. Look on YouTube, they really work

Sprink · 19/04/2016 11:00

I second the exercises--lots of neck toning examples out there.

Also, special creams do work, albeit temporarily.

krisskross · 19/04/2016 11:01

Which neck exercises really work yes and sprink?

I desperately need them too.

Look up at the cieling, now push your lower jaw out so that your bottom teeth are touching your face just under your nose. hold for 3 seconds, release and repeat.

I can't remember where I learned this but it works!

I find it hard to believe that exercise will remove excess skin. Believe me, I've had a tummy tuck, I know the difference.

krisskross · 19/04/2016 14:22

Thanks yes.

It's not so much excess skin hildur.... More to do with lack of tone

HildurOdegard · 19/04/2016 15:53

I've got very fine crepey lines, it's not about toning - it's about a bull-dog clip on the back of my neck. Grin

Hildur were you pleased with the results of your tummy tuck? I so want one. Apologies op for derail.

Any other links to specific exercises for double chin/ saggy neck and jaw pls? I've looked on you tube and have no idea where to start!
