Decent basic pencil skirts

I have a really nice black plain pencil skirt from m and s, cost just under £20 I think. Went in yesterday to buy another one In a grey as it fits well, washes well etc to find that they have replaced the basic plain one to some awful thing with fake zip pockets at the front which looks really chavvy and not at all professional.

So we're can I buy machine washable cheap basic pencil skirts now?

Anyone?

Ooh, I think I know the one you have as I have it in navy and was annoyed with the tacky zips on the replacement version.

BUT they do seem to still have the original non-zip version on the website still.. About £18?

I also rate Collection at Debenhams for pencil skirts. I have a grey one which is so ridiculously well tailored for £16 that I paid to have it taken in when it got too small.

Ah, found it, not in my size - looks like they are selling off the old stock still :-(
