Shampoo and conditioner that doesn't cause itchy flaky scalp (psoriasis) to flare up!.....I'm still looking!

I don't want anything medicated or from the GP I just want to find a good shampoo and conditioner that doesn't flare my scalp up and also makes my hair nice! My hair is dry and coloured too am I doomed or can someone with similar issues recommend something?
(No homemade rinses etc please) :)

I wonder if you need the pre-shampoo mask with the clay one?

Using for first time tomo so if i remember i will update.

we use dr organics olive oil shampoo.

I've found the only thing that helps that isn't medicated is head and shoulders. I do a fortnightly t-gel too and use coconut oil if my scalp is very sore and dry. I think that's because the H&S removes all the extra keratinisation on my scalp. Anything else ends up with my psoriasis so bad that my head bleeds and my hair falls out.

I don't have psoriasis (I think) but I get pretty bad dandruff, and my scalp used to itch horrendously.

The only thing I have found that partially works is Barefoot SOS shampoo and conditioner.
