Removing foundation from black jacket

DD1 has got a smudge of foundation on her smart black jacket (mainly polyester) she uses for interviews, funerals etc.

Have tried cold water & also eye makeup remover which has helped a bit.

Worried about making it worse so don't know whether to continue with that or try something else. She wants to wear it for something in 30 minutes time...

Any ideas?

Would oil show up if left? Oil gets any foundation off the face so dabbing at it with an oily cloth could help- but not if it is the type of black fabric that would show oil mark.

I think it would show an oil mark.
