Bra intervention help needed!

Hello, I wondered if anyone had any advice please.
I have a condition which means my skin is sensitive to touch/pressure. I find all bras (actually all clothing but bras are the worst that I can't avoid) painful. At the moment I wear a bra when I really have to but often wear one of those vest tops with a 'support' band (still uncomfortable but less so). I know there's lots of types of crop top/support out there. I'm big boobed and unfortunately very saggy. I know none give the uplift of an actual bra but wondered if anyone could suggest a happy medium. I don't need the support to stop bouncing, just so they aren't hanging around my knees!

What about a sports bra? I know they are meant to be tight, but you could go up a size, and would still get decent support. I have some old shock absorber bras I wear around the house because they're comfy, and Freya also does big cup sports bras.

One solution might be to buy a high end post surgery bra as they are made with soft, breathable fabrics, designed not to chaffe or aggrevate scarring. The only luxury mastectomy brand I know is Jamu, but I'm sure there are more.
