Spot soother

Can anyone recommend a cream that will soothe angry spots. I get a crop of spots at the side of my chin every month.
There are a few of the blighters. Some angry yellow heads and some red pimples.

Go to your GP and ask them to prescribe Duac gel. I used to get terrible spots on my chin before my period but Duac has really helped and doesn't dry my skin out like most spot creams.

My DD convinced me to buy Origins BlemishTreatment Gel for DS (it;s a tiny bottle,, 10ml for £15) contains Salacylic Acid.
If he gets a spot, he applies it straight , overnight.

Effaclar duo is the best I've ever tried. Stops spots in their tracks.

Tea gel blemish gel from the Body Shop, or just the tea tree oil. Sudacrem is pretty good too if you've got nothing else.
