Tretinoin 0.025 question

I've upped the usage to 3 times a week , I've started to get some spots across my face after being blemish free, not painful or terribly noticeable but under the skin.

Is this likely to be a temporary thing associated with Tretinoin use?

Tretinoin can cause purging. Purging is usually a myth but in this case it can be a legit side effect that can pass if you persist.
