What can a 40 year old wear on a drunken night out?

My 40th birthday celebrations to be exact. It won't be posh bars, it'll just be an undignified piss up. I'm a right scruff normally though so I want to dress up a bit without spending too much. Oh, I'm a size 14, bit of a tummy. Thanks!!

I have a wideish leg one with a drapey v neck bodice. Much more understated than it sounds and it skims things well
