What happened to maxi-skirts?

I love wearing them, have two in a very light weight jersey I can still wear.
I've been searching for some more but can't find any. I realise I must be very untrendy, but I like them with trainers, flip-flops, birkies, just so versatile and comfortable.
Please point in the direction of any you have seen, preferably no polyester.

Topshop and River Island have some nice decent quality cotton ones.

FatFace hangs head in shame

I have 2 from boo hoo they are called contrast jersey waistband maxi skirts. Only eight quid each. I got cobalt blue and navy last year but this year they have loads of different colours. I'm eyeing up the green and the berry colour now.
