What can I wear with this?

Bought this skirt. Lovely colour and soft leather but not sure what to wear with it. Any ideas welcome. I'm 5'8" and size 18/20. Want to look stylish in not like I am trying too hard IYKWIM. Thanks

A fine gauge sweater from Uniqlo or Hush. That's what I wear with my leather skirt. Heels are better than flats with a leather skirt, I think.

I have the fake leather version of that skirt (I tried the leather one but the cheap version actually hangs better on me) and I've worn it with a long sleeve black tshirt and black boots. I also have a slightly drapey off-white blouse that looks good with it but I haven't worked out what to wear on my feet with that.

Fine gauge jumpers and heels I have so just need to work out what colour to go for on the shoe front.

Not sure what blouses or tops to wear in addition to the jumpers to try to stretch it into late spring early summer, like the idea is a white shirt but in reality shirts don't really suit me.

Thanks Talisin, I didn't see the fake leather one will have a look on line to see. I did get the burgundy fake leather pencil one and wear it with a silk/merino jumper to work and get good comments. I think it is the colour and the wrap style which is throwing me a bit with this one.

White shirts don't suit many people so it always amuses me to be told that they are 'a classic'. You could wear the skirt with a decent t shirt in a grown up colour?

It's this one. They've shot it so it looks a bit different but it's basically identical to the leather one.

Oh I think I might order the fake one too and see if it is better on given the difference in price.

Agree about the t shirt idea but aside from white/cream I can't think what else would be good just struggling for inspiration.

Got pair of snakeskin heels thought they might be a good neutral with it but maybe snakeskin with leather skirt too OTT. Come to think of it I think I may have a ski skin loose blouse somewhere in depths of wardrobe so may try that with it. Could be straying into mutton territory though.
