home teeth whitening - do they work if you have a cap?

My teeth really need a bit of brightening despite daily use with your bog standard "whitening" toothpaste. I need to find a decent kit that's not obscenely priced, but can anyone tell me whether these kits will work on my cap? It's on my front top tooth.

I don't think any whitening works on caps. I think you would have to have the cap replaced.

i use crest white strips and they have no effect on my crowns, if i wanted my crowns whiter then i need to replace them, luckily for me they arent as noticable so it doesnt really matter for me
