Subclinical acne- how can I get rid of it?

I have a very bumpy forehead which i have noticed getting progressively worse over the past few months. It's really noticeable in the light.

Google has told me it's something called subclinical acne. I think I need to start with exfoliating but was hoping someone had this and tell me how they got rid of it.

Thanks.

If it is sub clinical acne, something like salicylic acid will help. 2% if you can tolerate it. Paula's choice is good.

I also got the same problem a few weeks ago. I is subclinical acne. I use Neutrogena Oil-Free Face Wash daily and garlic 2 times a week. Good result for me. For the steps to use garlic i found it on pimplesremedyideas.com/subclinical-acne-on-forehead/
