Try oil pulling with coconut oil, it's super cheap. I got a pot for £1.25 in Tesco last week. Take a look online, there are loads of other benefits to it too. Smile

I need help with this, mine have terrible tea stains

White glo smokers formula toothpaste
Doesn't whiten but shifts stains to the point my hygienist commented she had no stain removal to do!

Is oil pulling legit or is it a bit "alternative medicine"?

It's really worked for me and it really makes me feel more energised too.

It does give you a headache the first couple of times because it pulls out the toxins.

Each to their own but I give it the thumbs up Grin

Crest Whitening Strips work, but you have to buy them online as they're not sold in the UK.
