Recommendations - Navy tights for tall people

Hello, hoping somebody can help me search for some navy tights.

I am tall so need either specifically tall tights or average height bodyshaper (as they come up higher). They also need to be thick (80 or 100 denier)
I am a size 20 so that adds to the difficulty.

Any recommendations?
