Now that the weather is on the turn I want to come out of hibernation and start to look after myself a little better. Anyone with me?
Starting by - getting my nails done regularly (gells every 2 weeks) and having my toes painted as well -rather than the chipped mess they are atm-
I am also going to exercise more by doing couch 2 5k starting tomorrow morning and eating normal food but making sore it's healthier and smaller portions.
I have gone through my clothes and have a few bits to sell on eBay which means I can buy some new clothes.
I am going to take better care of my dry spotty skin as well and exfoliate more 
Small changes will hopefully bring better habits!
