Massimo Dutti do them, in various colours and I'm pretty sure navy too (might be a cotton or wool blend) but they wouldn't come in much cheaper, around the £100-125 mark. Approximate budget and size range might help get more responses. Does it have to be a 100% linen or is the look of linen good enough too?

Linen look really - I didn't want it to look like I was wearing part of a suit.

The Crew on is £160 - so cheaper than that really.

This from Zara at £50? Half linen/half cotton but Zara is very hit or miss sartorially speaking.

This from Uniqlo, £40, also half and half and a bit more of a casual version but since you don't want suit-like it might fit the bill?
