I bought some camper boots for my 7 year old for school from sarenza.co.uk. They fell apart within a month, the cobbler says they are not reparable as its a manufacturing fault. Sarenza had previously offered to cover th repair cost but now won't refund Stating that it's due to usage. I am disgusted. I am trying to take it further but please be warned if you buy faulty shoes from them they will not refund!
