I have them in random places on my arms. They're not visible from afar but taken a close up shot (sorry if TMI). I'm Asian so wondering if this is keratosis (sp?) that looks different on me...?

They are dry and slightly raised and rough to the touch.

keratosis pilaris

try exfoliating and moisturising

BettyBi0 · 28/03/2016 11:56

Are they itchy? They look like they are all in little lines like scabies but hard to tell from the picture

Not really itchy no but I do have mild eczema inside my arms. Does anyone have any tips for keratosis?

Soap and glory body scrub completely sorted my arms. I just use in the shower once or twice a week now and it's never returned.

Do a search for previous threads on keratosis.

whirlygirly is it the breakfast smoothie scrub you have? Just checking as there is three in their range!

I think I've got the lime one at the moment - I've had many over the years. They're nice and grainy but go easy to start with Smile
