Hi, I badly need to get back to the gym but am v self conscious due to large norkage (size 18) and psoriasis on arms which makes me want to cover up. Any suggestions please for suitable gym wear? I had one top from m and s but they don't seem to stock it anymore. Prefer not crew necked owing to norkage. Thanks!
