Opinions on this dress?

It's for an end of May wedding and I'll probably still be breastfeeding...is it too much?

The site is full of lovely stuff! It's been a pain finding something nice that I can feed in too.

So not too much? What about shoes/accessories?

It's a great dress! What about something to cover arms in case a bit chilly? I would go plain, beige courts and small matching bag...basically "non-accessories" to keep the focus on your gorgeous dress.

Sorry, I just don't like it. Like the apple green one though - Anna dress in apple.

I think I dislike the fact that it looks like it has too much material. I can't imagine it sitting right around the neck.

I think it's a 'wow' dress for certain occasions, depending on your shape and age, but I think it's not right for a wedding simply because it''s informal and partyish. A lot will depend on what kind of wedding it is. if it's tails/ morning dress then definitely not. If it's a small wedding which is informal and not in church then possibly but only very possibly and my overall feeling is no, it's too casual and shows too much skin. Sorry.

I think it's fabulous and that it deserves a wedding to show it off. My only reservation is that those ruffles at the hem would probably end at the widest point of my thighs...

I'd keep accessories very plain and simple.

Yeh I did wonder that too but I thought it would be ok as, although it's flamboyant, it's not really bridal. But I suppose it depends on what the bride's planning to wear.

I think the flouncyness is what is bothering me, I think it's beautiful but obviously the focus should be on he bride!

Has anyone seen the other dresses on the site? There is one like this in grey which is less in your face...

That's why I'd rather ask opinions on here, my mum would possibly huff

I prefer the grey one actually. The blue is a lovely colour but I think it kind of detracts from the shape.

I like it and I don't think it needs more colour. The shape is interesting enough,

If you are so young ! and so small then it might work but be warned that even end of May can be freezing and wet, so you might need a cardi or shawl type thing. I don't like the neckline - it might come up high at the back- and prefer the Anna dress.

I'm not nuts about the grey (the fabric just looks a bit flat and 'uniformy') - what about taupe or navy?

I would worry about the sizing, it says one size fits 8-14, I imagine it's going to have a lot of excess fabric on a size 8.

I have to disagree, I don't like it and think it looks like you've tucked most of the skirt in your knickers after using the loo!

How can you feed in it without scooping boobs out of the front/sides?
And if you leak milk you will have big wet circles in that colour.
Sorry - I think it is beautiful but not a good dress for breastfeeding.

I think it's really nice and fine for a wedding BUT cotton wrinkles and I suspect that the skirt will be more flopping/droopy than sticky out and poofy.

It'll probably look like the picture for all of 5 minutes, but if you drive there in a car, or sit your baby on your lap, then it won't look so great.

I'd be very tempted to try it on and prance about in it, but then try doing things like sitting in a car with a seat belt on. After that, see how you feel.

That's the nicest dress I've seen in ages. Go for it!
