Please help me find this bracelet or ring

I found this on Pinterest but I'm not sure if it's a bracelet or a ring nor where I could buy it from (or something similar ).

Does anyone have any ideas where I could get something similar, rose gold and feather design?

I've reverse google imaged searched but no luck!

Thanks for the suggestions :) I quite like that ASOS one but I'm looking for rose gold which seems to be more popular now so maybe something might come up. Off to check not on the high street as they sometimes have stuff like this

BOYNYC rose gold plated feather cuff. It's available here but out of stock, so I don't think it's showing. Looks like a US website....on sale for $47 and says to enter email to be notified of when it's back in stock.
