Going away for a city break and would love to recreate this look; already have the jacket and boots but the dress is evading me. ..plenty on the high street but they're mostly sleeveless or with a cap sleeve; I need long or 3/4 sleeves.... It cannot be too dressy or pattern too bright/summery as where I'm going is not that warm; would prefer a blackish background, ideally winter florals..... Oh and high street or London shops.... not much to ask huh? 
. Would be open to perhaps a maxo skirt which I could wear with a black roll neck if unable to find a dress I like. .. Thank you in advance!
