Recruitment agency meeting?

I know it's been done before, but I can't find anything recent.

Do I need to dress up?

My first thought is that semi smart should do-smart trousers, white shirt, cardigan and ballet flats.

Rather than the dress and blazer that I have for actual interviews?

I always dress to meet recruitment agents in same way as I would for an interview. They are effectively going to be selling you to their clients, potentially shortlisting you ahead of other candidates so I treat meeting them as I would another interview. Helps get me in the right positive 'selling myself' type frame of mind too.
