Moisturiser for problem skin help please

Hello

It's my mums birthday soon. She's in her early 70s and looks great for her age, but her skin has become very sensitive and she has a (I think) relatively mild rosace problem, which flares up now and then.

Is there anyone who could recommend a really good moisturiser or serum or both that could help with this and look after her skin.

Thank you!

Moogoo Scalp Cream has kept my seborrhaic dermatitis at bay this winter. I know it's not the same thing but it's great, non-reactive stuff. If I kid myselfit's all fine now and change to something else the bumps under the skin start appearing after a few weeks.

Someinfo on the Moogoo site here. Actually, they mention the scalp cream as a treatment for rosacea that's been caused by seb derm, but they also have a powder for when the demodex mites are the cause.
