And where can I buy them please? These are the only shoes I like with summer dresses and I can't find them in the UK. Basically I need a low heel and a slip-on and a high vamp. Thanks!

I think it's the top of your foot. I don't want an enclosed sandal/shoe. i prefer to see the top bit of my foot as it's more slenderising.

Kitten heel slide sandal looks good as far as Google is concerned! Slide sandals on its own gives me Birkenstock style things which I loathe.
