I've got an internal interview at work coming up. I could wear a work dress I already have but would like something new (any excuse!). I'm 5'2' and a size 12/14 hourglass shape. Would prefer navy or grey (or even a dark green) to black and must have sleeves. We're a smart casual workplace and in my current role I can get away with e.g. smart jeans but would be good to be a bit smarter than usual but don't need to be mega formal. Budget up to £100. Any suggestions?
