SMN has a small shop off Piazza Navona. My favorites are the perfume shop Campomarzio on Via Vittoria opposite Ortigia. Nearby, on Corso, Kiko (the Italian version of MAC, cheap but good). There is a small Campomarzio also on the piazza of Pantheon. On via Ripetta, you'll find Olfattorio, a perfume bar, and Profumum Roma. You can visit all in less than an hour.
