Zara sizing

Am I right in thinking Zara comes up small?
Got my eye on something that is brand new on ebay but its a medium and I'm not sure if it will fit me or not..

Zara = very small. Always size up unless you're quite petite.

I reckon a M top from Zara is a 12 and a M bottom is a small 12.
