Bra gurus - difference between Freya and Panache sizing?

hello bra experts

I think I need some new bras as existing Panache ones are digging in under my rib cage. I spent an hour or so in Bravissimo a few months ago so am pretty sure my size is right (or thereabouts) but wonder if the hardness of the Panache straps are what is hurting me.

Could you tell me how Freya come up comparatively? I used to wear them and think maybe I should return. I seem to remember they are bigger? Thanks

I dont know about all panache, but I usually wear Freya and panache Cleo, and I find their sizing consistently the same - I wear the size in both of those that I actually measure. I think its certainly worth a try.

I've found them to be the same too. The only thing is that the strapless Freya ones - the Deco style in particular - are HUGE. I'm a 36G, and the bra in that size was easily 2-3 cup sizes bigger. Best to try those on!

Freya generally tend to come up around a cup bigger than Panache. Their wires are generally more gently curved and/or shorter so better on wider less projected forward boobs.
I personally can't comfortably wear any Panache/Cleo styles which is a pity because their styling is good, especially on rounder and more bottom heavy breasts.

I wear the same size in Freya and Panache. I do find the Panache bras a bit tighter though, especially just before my period and after a good Christmas .

I find panache a bit bigger in the cup, and generally a bit tighter. As married mentions the shape of the cups can be quite different though.

Thanks, I think I'll try a couple of sizes maybe go down a cup and see how they go. I think I did put on a bit of weight at Christmas so it could just be that Baroness !
