Skin on face gone suddenly thin

I'm 36 next week and I've noticed that my complexion has suddenly aged. My skin, especially on my cheek bones / below the eyes is looking wrinkly, blotched and a bit "thin".

I drink plenty of water (2-3 litres per day) but practically live on sugar.

I cleanse, tone, use serum and moisturise twice a day.

Things have been pretty stressful for me recently, but the last few days I've been sleeping properly again.

HELP!

Too much acid toner?

RedMapleLeaf · 03/03/2016 06:58

Ri don't use acid toner, just supermarket's cheapest.

Do you use suncream?

RedMapleLeaf · 03/03/2016 08:46

No, I use Boots protect and perfect and just assumed that had good spf Blush.

Do I need to use suncream and if so, where does that slot in?

I think that's what retinoids help with.

Sugar is bad though, if you manage to cut down it will help you a lot.

How is sugar bad for my skin?

Sugar makes your skin age faster, it damages the tissues.

Right, ok, I think I may need to get myself on to the Princess thread Sad
