I need this dress or something similar

This dress just popped up on my face book page from a shop I follow. Clicked the link but it's out of stock

It's the perfect dress for me. Sleeves will cover my bingo wings and pleats at the tummy will hide my big belly.

There is no info on designer /make of the dress and I'm not sure if it would even fit as I'm an 18.

If anyone knows where I can get it or something in a similar style I'd be so great full
