Embarrassing

The style and beauty threads have always solved my beauty dilemmas so here goes...I'm embarrassed because I have very prominent breasts and equally protruding nipples. They are large and wonky! Is there a solution please to them peaking through my clothes? I've spent most of my adulthood with my arms folded!

A padded bra? I can't stand when I get cold in a normal bra and an wearing a t-shirt. Find this quite embaressing. You may have tried that already. Failing that or if you are wanting to use your old bra, what about trying breast pads [mainly for leaking and breast feeding]. They are like a small pad, similar to sanitary towels for nipples!

Lightly padded tee shirt bras a brilliant for disguising nipples. Also, there are a number of products available to cover nipples. Most of the department stores stock them. The product pictured is from Boots.

You could also try a minimiser bra.

I wear bras with moulded cups. They stand up on their own and hide a multitude.

Thanks for taking my question seriously! I currently wear a minimiser bra and ideally would like to keep doing so as it makes my breasts appear smaller overall. I'd rather not wear anything too padded as they will then appear bigger although I'm sure a padded bra would certainly help hide my nipples. I think I'll try the covers from boots first and maternity pads or a padded bra after that if they don't work. Thanks so much for the replies.
