would you return these jeans?

I'm mortified at the thought of returning a used item! I bought some jeans from New Look (losing weight so didn't want to commit to an expensive pair) at the end of December. I've worn them several times but yesterday when I put them on I noticed the thread had unravelled all up the side of the zip on the crotch, so there's a massive hole and you can see my underwear if I put them on! Do I suck it up and accept that I only spent £25 on them or do I return them?

Return them.

Of course return them. They're faulty, it doesn't matter why you bought them or how much they cost.

Okay - so you don't think it's an issue that I bought them in December? I don't know why I find it so embarrassing!
