Saw a jacket I like and need help to identify it from logo

I saw someone on a plane in front of me. She was about 4 rows ahead and I couldn't catch up to see it closely (without being a weird stalker!).
It was a hip length lovely orangey-red rain jacket. It looked expensive (I'm hoping its not).
The logo on the left arm was a triangle with a white background and what looked like a black tree or black circles in it. The bottom part of the triangle edge said "sport", I think.
I can't find anything on google but not sure what to search for!
Or else, anyone found any good Spring-summer rain jackets, not too bulky, too shiny, or too dark? I quite like the Bennetton one, but it was a bit too shiny. Loved the colour though.

Could be a le coq sportif logo from a distance?

CousCousDefinitely · 22/02/2016 12:16

I thought it might be it looked a bit like it but I don't think they do jackets.

Guess logo is a triangle with a question mark in it?

CousCousDefinitely · 22/02/2016 12:26

Thanks but not Guess either. That triangle is upside down. The triangle I saw is the other way around. And this was more a functional active wear type jacket than fashion.

superdry?

FauxFox · 22/02/2016 12:34

superdry again

Not a logo I recognise and we have a lot of outdoor stuff.

Timberland is a tree but no triangle.

Other brands to try but not right logo:

Haglof
Mountain Hardwear
Berghaus
The North Face
Damartsport
Merrell

CousCousDefinitely · 22/02/2016 12:40

Thanks, really like the colour of those but they are too short. I don't necessarily want a bum-skimmer, but that would be too short on me as my torso is freakishly long.

Thanks OneMagnum I'll check those brands. Its definitely one of those type of brands.

Musto?

OneMagnumisneverenough · 22/02/2016 12:45

My minds gone a blank but there are loads of premium brand sports stuff out there. Go onto a site such as Tiso or Blacks or something and look at all their stuff and see if you can spot the logo. Amazon have loads of brands too so worth a look on there too but a lot to trawl through.

Maryannesingleton · 22/02/2016 12:48

Moncler?

SoupDragon · 22/02/2016 12:54

Eurohike has triangles with a tree in it.

SoupDragon · 22/02/2016 12:55

(but I dont think they do jackets!)

OneMagnumisneverenough · 22/02/2016 12:56

Eurohike don't do clothing as far as I know.

OneMagnumisneverenough · 22/02/2016 12:56

x'd :)

OneMagnumisneverenough · 22/02/2016 13:01

Is it a padded type or shell you are looking for OP?

CousCousDefinitely · 22/02/2016 13:06

OneMag - not crazy on padded, would prefer shell type, but I had in mind a kind of soft one, not sure it exists.
Thanks for all the links, going to try Blacks next to see if I can spot the elusive one!

FerrisBueller1972 · 22/02/2016 13:09

I think it's le coq sportif

thecatfromjapan · 22/02/2016 13:10

Element? The logo is a broken circle, another circle , and a tree inside.

OneMagnumisneverenough · 22/02/2016 13:12

A softshell jacket then? Not completely waterproof but certainly showerproof and windproof - very practical. I have a bright pink one with a hood :)

CousCousDefinitely · 22/02/2016 13:14

Yes! thanks now I know what I want - where is a nice red one?
