Ted and Muffy/ Duo

I was in Slingsby Place today and popped into Ted and Muffy. Not another customer in sight.
Two bored sales assistants.

I wonder what made them do the whole M&T thing - I unsubscribed immediately and have never gone back

I do think they lost a lot of their old customers, including me, when they became T & M as the prices just shot up. I'm sure they are lovely and good quality and last ages etc, but no way can I spend that much in one go on boots.

I don't think I could bring myself to even buy a carrier bag from a shop called Ted & Muffy. What a weird re-branding.

The name has put me right off. Bad move on their part.
