Prom Dress shopping in Fonthill road?

DD has been to a few prom dress shops but not found anything she loves that is also in our price range. Looking to spend around £150 as prom is extremely expensive!! Heard about Fonthill Road and was wondering how cheap/easy it is to get a dress from a shop around there? We are going to the theatre tomorrow which will finish around 5 and will be in the London area, wondering if it is worth popping down there tomorrow evening, or will all of the dress shops be closed?

I haven't been for years, but the shops used to close around 1-2pm on a Saturday. I would go before the theatre.

I've been dress shopping on Fonthill road and it's THE place to go. You'll easily find what you want there & they're very flexible with the fit in most places too. Barginous prices, depending on what you want. We bought a saucy 'mini' tulle dress for £40! Just googled & some of them say they're open till 7pm tonight. I suspect they'll do longer hours now the season is approaching. Good luck op.
