Help! I've become so frumpy and boring!

Just that really...

I used to be quite stylish and well put together, before I had children, but now, not so much.
I've got 2 dcs, one is a baby and the other is two, and I'm taking a career break to be a stay at home mum at the moment.
What can I wear? I feel so frumpy, partly because I haven't come close to losing my baby weight yet, although I am trying. I've got 3 pais of M&S jeggings (black, indigo and mid blue) which I wear on rotation, with a few unflattering Breton tops and very boring 'mumsy' tops and t-shirts, with wellies, black trainers or ankle boots, and a nay padded jacket. I'm breastfeeding so I nearly always wear a white or black vest top, with a jumper or longer sleeved top over that, for easy breastfeeding when out. I bought a few tops from M&S a couple of months ago, and I don't know why because they are frump central. I never used to shop at M&S apart from for basics, but now I can't seem to look past it, even though I don't like a lot of their things.
Can anyone help me please? I was a size 12 before pregnancy, and now my jeggings are a size 16, and my tops are a 12 or 14. I bought the jeggings just to see me through the post birth stage, but now dc2 is 5 months old and I'm still wearing them everyday!
I just want some ideas of where I should be looking, and/or some good staples that I can wear as I (hopefully) lose some weight. I don't feel great about my body at the moment. I'm 32.

Thank you!

Someone recommended Dressipi to me here, and I found a few shops I hadn't thought of looking at myself. You full out a questionnaire and they match you to a database of high street shops. Could start the process, at least!
