Please help me find this necklace...long clover/heart shaped links

I saw a necklace a while ago, think it was in a high street store, John Lewis, House of Fraser or something similar. I keep thinking about it and now that I'd like to treat myself, I have no recollection of where it was. I have looked at the usual online sites...but no joy. It was long, in rose gold (and other metals I think), with shaped links, like the pendant in this picture - no rope bits, it is just the closest thing to the shape I could find. It is nothing like the necklace otherwise! Any ideas? thank you!

I realised you've described the links of the necklace as being heart shaped. That sounds like a Tiffany necklace to me- I'll see if I can find a picture/link

Sounds similar to this Dinny Hall one, although possibly the shapes are too small.

I think the one that you seen is by Moriconi. Not current season though, check out local stockists to see if they have anything left from last season.
