white shirt under jumpers?

Where would I find such a thing? I've seen some gorgeous shirt/jumper combos but all the shirts I've looked at look thin and flimsy, and all round a bit cheap.

This looked nice when I saw it today (although it is the dreaded Gok at Sainsbury it was nice).

I've just bought a couple of shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt - always dismissed them as being gimmicky but they do seem good quality for being so cheap.
