Has anyone tried the new REN 'miracle' eye shot thing?

The one that Sali Hughes raved about recently. Does it live up to the hype?

A dilemma whether to shell out £30 on something which may turn out to be utter hype-over-substance

I have had their beauty shot for face and loved it, but don't want to spend that kind of £££

Ha ha yes. I could do with a blast of something around my eyes though, the sag is starting [sob]

I'm happy to pay if it works.

what does it do? apparently piles cream is v effective for puffiness

I've always heard that about pile cream too, but strangely haven't quite fancied smearing anusol around my eyes

That Sali Hughes blog post about it also features a post in comments by her to say that another product is every bit as good as good as the Ren one, it's just a bit more expensive. I have tried the other product, as it was utter rubbish. Really, really bad.

If all the bloggers are raving about it, you can be guaranteed that Ren (owned by Unilever) have been paying for that coverage...so it's likely over priced, over hyped rubbish...

Thing is, I am not a great believer in skin care products in general, but ReN beauty shot serum really did make my skin look better instantly.

So tempted to try the eye one...

Thanks odfod - I agree aloe vera is pretty soothing, though not sure if my eyes could take it neat, they're quite sensitive.

baby lots of reviews of the face serum seem to say it brings people out in spots - that's what the Clarins 'miracle' double serum did to me, as my skin is quite normal but tends towards oily. How about you try the eye one and report back
