Can you tell me what their sizing is like? I am a 12 on top but their stuff is Small, Medium and Large. I don't know where I fit into this as I know some brands that a large is a 12!

Also, are they good with returns?

I wear an 8-10 and am often a Medium in Zara. Their sizes seem to run small. Never ordered from them online so can't help with that one but I think you can return into the store. HTH

Thanks. Think I will wait until I can get to town next week.

Sizing is utterly random, start with a L and work down!

Yes, returns are easy - you can take to store or return via courier free of charge - you book it online, print off labels etc. and they turn up to collect. For that reason I often order multiple sizes.

I love Zara. I am UK8 and Zara size is Small.

RonaldMcDonald · 09/02/2016 17:47

I am anything between a 10 and 14 depending on length and norkage
I am often a large in Zara for those reasons
I think Zara has 'true' sizing

BoboChic · 09/02/2016 17:48

I wear a medium in Zara. I'm a French size 38-40. English 10-12.

BikeRunSki · 09/02/2016 17:51

I am a 14 and a Zara shop assistant once looked at me with disdain and told me that they don't make clothes big enough for me.

Goatcoat · 09/02/2016 17:54

Agree with sizing info as above. Love the style but finding quality piss poor at the mo Angry

DiscoDancer · 09/02/2016 21:44

My arms are a Large, my torso is a medium and my arse fluctuates! I find the scarves fit fine though! I am 12-14 btw

Love2dance · 10/02/2016 17:37

I am an 8 up top and a 10-12 at the bottom. I take a small in Zara for tops and usually a medium on the bottom. I also find Zara is more or less true to size, however, I bought some wide legged trousers there before Christmas and needed a small, but I think this was because of my waist and because the wide leg on the trs coped with my ample bottom and thighs. Have been put off by reports of others who had had BikeRunSki's experience and agree with Goatcoat that quality is not that good.

I do like the cut on some of their stuff and their interpretation of catwalk trends but shop there much less than I used to.

That's shocking bikerunski, their trousers go up to a size 16 and many clothes go up to XL which I buy as a size 14 too. How very rude of her. I've never found the staff rude personally but they are rather thin in the ground and they allow massive queues to build up at the tills which really annoys me.
